Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Prime Concierge Physicians is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech recognition, or other assistive technology. We believe access to information about healthcare should not depend on how you browse the web.
Standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced for public websites. We work toward that standard on an ongoing basis. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit, so we describe our current status as partial conformance: most of the site meets the standard, and we are actively working on the areas that do not.
What we have built in
Built-in accessibility controls: every page includes an accessibility menu that lets you increase or decrease text size, raise contrast, highlight links, switch to a more readable font, increase text spacing, reduce motion and animation, enlarge the cursor, and turn on a reading guide. Your choices are saved on your own device.
Keyboard and screen reader support: the site uses semantic HTML headings, lists, and landmarks; every page offers a skip link so you can jump straight to the main content; interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard and have visible focus indicators; images and icons carry text alternatives or are hidden from assistive technology when decorative.
Readability and motion: we aim for text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, text that reflows without loss of content when enlarged or viewed on a small screen, and animations that are automatically suppressed if your operating system is set to reduce motion.
Language: this site is published in English and Spanish, and each page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
Known limitations
We want to be straightforward about the gaps we are aware of. Our patient portal and online enrollment are provided by a third party (Hint Health) and are not under our direct control, so we cannot guarantee their accessibility; if you encounter a barrier there, contact us and we will help you complete the process by phone or in person. Embedded third-party content, such as maps and review links provided by Google, is likewise outside our control. Some of our longer educational guides have not yet been reviewed line by line for assistive-technology compatibility.
If you encounter a barrier, tell us
If any part of this website prevents you from finding information or contacting us, we want to know, and we will help you directly in the meantime. Please reach out by phone at (786) 481-3211, by email at info@primeconciergemed.com, or by fax at (786) 921-0465, and tell us the page you were on and what you were trying to do.
We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five business days. If you need information from this website in another format, or you would prefer to handle a membership inquiry or enrollment by phone or in person, we are glad to accommodate that — just ask.
Alternatives to using this site

Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review this site as we add content and make changes, and we update this statement as our status changes. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above.
